Hello You can park in the garage .there is one in front of the train station Santa Maria Novella,but it coast around €40 a day. If no there is one garage close fortezza da basso and it coast around €20 a day.

Very Good

It’s very close to the train station and easy to be found. The owner is very nice and keen to help, room is clean with external bathroom but convenient.

Air conditioning could be better, I assume there was a lack of gas

The apartment is very close to the main train station, 15 min. walking distance to the centre. It is a very simple accommodation, but everyhing was clean and the owner was a very kind man. However he does not speak English well somehow everything was explained well :)

The best choice for budget solo traveler.

Very good location. Next train station, at the same time walking distance to all main sightseeings. Good WiFi, price the same as in hostel, for sure it is better to have a private room for the same price. Very clean, small shared kitchen. I will recommend it to my friends for sure. Everything I needed was there including the hare dryer.

Clean, convenient and good value

Very clean, central to the train station, and super comfortable. The host was very welcoming.

It is a little loud which we expected, so perhaps keep that in mind if you’re a light sleeper.

We will stay here again when next in Florence, the host did an outstanding job.

The proprietor communicated clearly with me beforehand, making it easy to figure out how to reach our room. The A/C worked very well, both cooling the room and removing humidity. The facility is very secure, yet very accessible, too. The proprietor was kind, honest, trustworthy, and gave great service.

The bed was a little firm, but that is personal preference, no bad reflection on the facility or the host.

Very close to station but noisy.

Location close to the railway. The man who met us was Chinese and spoke very little English but still managed to give us all the information we needed regarding entry and exit security.

The noise, oh the noise. Trams till after midnight, horns blasting and cars reving.

staff was friendly and prompt in replying message. have kettle, microwave and stove etc in the common pantry. it was clean and free to use. place was quiet. location is good, very near train station but a little bit easy to miss that building if you are first timer.

Room was spacious and clean, bathroom was clean and modern. it was nice to have a balcony. close to train station.

The smell coming from the adjacent room, could smell it when walking past the room to the kitchen. The smell is apparently from a drain pipe. Ask for the non-smelly room when booking

Good

Location is good for sightseeing, we were able to walk everywhere. The facilities were clean and our room had a balcony, which was nice. There is also a small kitchenette provided containing a microwave, kettle (…). Good value for money!

It might seem convenient to be close to the train station, however, this also means the trains and the tram are very loud at night. It is a little unfortunate that the host cannot speak English.

The location is excellent, very close to the central train station; it's easy to get to the city center. The room was spacious, and in general the place was kept very clean, including the shared bathroom. The staff was very nice and friendly.

The only thing I can think of is the noise caused by the nearby trams.

Great location and price for 3 nights in Florence

Perfect location for a few nights in Florence. 5m walk to the train station and great facilities. The shared kitchen is a good space, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. All the crockery and facilities / rooms in the hotel were very clean and looked after. The host spoke little English however this was not an issue, he was well prepared with google translate and spoke enough to communicate what was necessary. Very kind hardworking and frisky. Yes there is some noise from the road outside, however this is to be expected given the nice view of the streets and buildings outside from the balcony. I am a very light sleeper and had a full night sleep with some earbuds. I would stay again considering the good location and price.
